Project Architect/ Manager

Qualifications:

Registered Architect OR minimum of 8 years professional experience
Exceptional architectural design skill
Extensive knowledge of architectural documentation, detailing, building materials, building codes and construction technologies
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe, 3D Rendering, and Excel
Experience managing project teams, consultants, and schedules
Experience leading high-end Residential (2MM+) and Commercial (2MM-20MM+) projects
Strong communication and presentation skills
Appreciates a life/work balance and enjoys being part of a team environment
Good sense of humor a plus
