Phase 1: Exploratory Design
Review applicable zoning limitations and owner-provided restrictions/entitlements associated with Property.
Develop conceptual siting strategy(s) for building, outbuildings, and primary outdoor program.
Project Design Team will visit project site (with Owner if preferred) in order to better understand the context and natural features of the property.
Review applicable zoning limitations and owner-provided restrictions/entitlements associated with Property.
Review Owner-provided program survey and begin space planning diagrams.
Construct 3D model of project site based on topographic survey
Develop conceptual siting strategy(s) for building, outbuildings, and primary outdoor program.
Develop conceptual floor plan(s) based on program synthesis and conceptual site plan
Develop conceptual 3D building massing strategy(s) based on conceptual floor plan and conceptual site plan. Integrate into 3D site model.
Present Exploratory Design concept, including floor plan, site plan, and primary perspective views of the proposed concept design to Owner for feedback.
