Review applicable zoning limitations and owner-provided restrictions/entitlements associated with Property.

Develop conceptual siting strategy(s) for building, outbuildings, and primary outdoor program.

Develop conceptual siting strategy(s) for building, outbuildings, and primary outdoor program.

  • Project Design Team will visit project site (with Owner if preferred) in order to better understand the context and natural features of the property.

  • Review applicable zoning limitations and owner-provided restrictions/entitlements associated with Property.

  • Review Owner-provided program survey and begin space planning diagrams.

  • Construct 3D model of project site based on topographic survey

  • Develop conceptual siting strategy(s) for building, outbuildings, and primary outdoor program.

  • Develop conceptual floor plan(s) based on program synthesis and conceptual site plan

  • Develop conceptual 3D building massing strategy(s) based on conceptual floor plan and conceptual site plan. Integrate into 3D site model.

  • Present Exploratory Design concept, including floor plan, site plan, and primary perspective views of the proposed concept design to Owner for feedback.
